Ingredients:


1 can tomato sauce

2 cups water

6 ounces tomato paste

2 medium dried chiles

1/2 cup ketchup

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

2 teaspoons chili powder

1 medium juice of two lemons

1/4 cup red wine vinegar

2 1/2 teaspoons salt

1/4 teaspoon Tabasco

2 tablespoons pepper

1 medium onion -- finely chopped

1 clove garlic

2 pieces bay leaf

1/2 pound butter

2 teaspoons dry mustard
 

Preparation / Directions:


Simmer all ingredients 30 minutes. Strain and cool.
